Tax Preparer (Enrolled Agent)

Preparing taxes for individual people, no corporate returns. Near Woodman and I25. 2 weeks training provided.

Tax Preparer duties:

• Data entry for creation of individual tax filing
• Print and create tax packets
• Email and phone calls with customers
• Scan and file documents

Software used:

Drake for tax preparing

Required:

• Must be certified as a "Enrolled Agent"
• 3 years minimum of recent experience in tax preparing
• Strong customer service skills

Contract-to-Direct

Schedule:

Sept- Jan (off-season) : 30 hours/week. 9:00 am-3:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

Jan- April (tax season): 40 hours/week. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 8:30 am-2:30pm (Saturday)

Pay: $25- $30 based on experience
