Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Post-Foreclosure Claims Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the claims process following foreclosure activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The individual in this role will manage a team of claims processors and collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
- Claims Oversight: Supervise and manage the entire post-foreclosure claims process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of claims processors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of claims files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to streamline processes and address any issues related to post-foreclosure claims.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance the claims process.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on industry regulations and provide ongoing training to the claims team to ensure knowledge and skills are current.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, or claims management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage industry.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
- Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
- Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $80,000 (Exempt)
