Role Overview

The Sr. Escrow Administrator position is primarily responsible for working all exception reports on all types of tax and insurance premiums (such as mortgage and hazard insurance, property tax and flood) including but not limited to payment of premiums, maintenance and updating escrow details for problem resolution. The Sr. Escrow Administrator also performs QC on all tax and insurance vendors for accuracy and timely payment of all premiums and claims. In-house escrow analysis will be performed by the Sr. Escrow Administrator and/or direct reports on all portfolios based on annual analysis schedule. Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:

• Work exception reports and audit outside Vendors for accuracy and completeness
• Manage and schedule escrow analysis for complete portfolio in house
• Timely payment of insurance premiums (including but not limited to mortgage
• insurance (MI), hazard, flood, and lender-placed).
• Maintenance of insurance escrow details in the servicing system.
• Processing insurance-related data entry or exception queues.
• Providing timely turnaround for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) insurance payments to the selected insurance service vendor.
• Timely and accurate processing of lender-placed insurance refunds.
• Work all aspects of insurance and problem resolution.
• Perform research on client-related escrow tasks.
• Perform audit review of system generated reports as well as special projects relating to data integrity.
• Analyze escrow accounts to ensure sufficient funds are collected to make the required payments.
• Manage assigned pipeline to ensure all insurance items are worked accurately and processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor compliance and performance of selected insurance vendor.
• Other escrow responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

• Proven two years of escrow servicing experience in a banking or mortgage company.
• Attention to accuracy, working with numbers, and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to create and use Excel spreadsheets while mastering v-lookup and pivot tables to manage data collected.
• Client-centered focus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capacity to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of all escrow functions and workstations in a MSP platform environment.
• Current mortgage industry knowledge of servicing policies and procedures is a plus.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
• Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $20-$25 hour
