Marketing Project Specialist
What you will do
- Project Management: Assisting the team in overseeing the execution of in motion projects from beginning to end; ensuring defined project processes are followed. Build out and maintain detailed production plans and monitor progress throughout each project. Document project details, including risks, timeline, and requirements specifications. Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks, and progress to the core team and key partners. Coordinate meetings among various teams and lead group discussions towards desired solutions.
- Administrative duties: provide written status reports as required; attend staff meetings as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years combined experience in project management relating to media, marketing, and/or agency services to include: Req
- 1+ years experience managing processes and resources; ability to develop lean, agile processes. Req
- 1+ years experience in Marketing and / or Advertising. Req
- Demonstrates personal accountability, character, and confidence in time management to: Exhibit organizational and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and project objectives. Able to prioritize workload to serve organizational needs. Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to adapt to new demands and unexpected delays. Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with creative production including print, digital, web, video, direct mail, etc.
- Strong background in resource and process management.
- Excellent project management skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with an online project management system as a primary job function.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification. Preferred
Length: Covering for a leave of absence (May to mid Aug approximately)
Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
