Role Overview
Responsible for the operation of and developing process enhancements for applications that support loan business units.
Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
- Designs, writes, tests, implements, and documents solutions for assigned program modules.
- Supports assigned IT systems/applications by troubleshooting and resolving defects.
- Provides technical advice to project teams and support to Business Unit as necessary.
- Performs system configuration tasks for Black Knight MSP.
- Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve Black Knight MSP software challenges.
- Manages and maintains Black Knight MSP workflow platforms, repositories, data integration, and reporting.
- Adheres to procedures for change control for production systems.
- Remains current on all regulatory requirements for mortgage servicing.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify program issues and develop the appropriate solution, typically requiring at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience creating business rules using scripting tools preferred.
- Experience with Encompass API and/or SDK preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.
Physical Requirements
- Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
- Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
