Qualifications:
- Two years experience in an administrative, human resource, education and development or similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Proficient and/or able to quickly learn payroll/human resource information systems and related HR platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
Day to day:
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities
- Data entry into payroll system for employee related transactions
- Maintains employee file management
- Assist employees with their questions or refers them to subject matter experts in HR
- Update internal process documents
Placement: Temporary; until the end of March 2026
Pay: $28 to $30
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Hybrid Schedule: Monday's must be in the office. 1-2 days remote at clients discretion
