Reports to: General Manager
Summary: Provides professional/technical support in the functional areas of human resources and administer employment practices in compliance with district policies, as well as Federal and State requirements.

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of financial accounting and spreadsheets. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of common office productivity software such as Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge payroll systems are a plus.
Education/Experience: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five years of progressive experience in the functional areas of Human Resources.

Driver s License: Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license.
Special Requirements: Availability to work during non-scheduled hours when necessary.
Placement: Contract to Direct
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Salary Range: $31.25 - $36 hour depending on experience
