Essential Job Functions:
- Reconcile, analyze and manage accounting records including cash receipts, registry funds, and deposit funds, as well as subsidiary ledgers for allotmentes and other fiscal records.
- Issue warrants; assess fees as appropriate; interpret judges' orders, verify documents for lega sufficience; process legal documents according to judges' order, policies, procedures, and stat statutes.
- Prepare courtroom for session; enter judicial directives into court case management system; review case documents and provide assistance to ancillary personnel to ensure complience with Judge's directives; ensure accuracey of courtroom minutes and resolve compliance and non-compliance issues.
- Respond to general inquires, profice information regarding accounting information, status of accounts, payments, issues of checks and account balances.
- Identify and rconcile routine discrepancies between records and accounting systems, compile supporting documentation, and create record of corrective action.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties to ensure accuracy and accountability of all monetary transactions handled by the court.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls for disbursement, transfer, recording, and reporting of funds.
- Reconcile cash, credit, and bank statements; prepare bank deposit slips, allocate funds to apporpriate accounts, verify deposits.
- Review routine aaccounting transactions, documents, and financial calculations in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with fiscal rules, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare fincanial documents and court checkbook; audit cash logs, bankruptcy filings, an dproper application of payments.
- Review and process cash and surety bond record accourding to rules set forth by stat statutes; scheduel bond return dates; identify cas for Non Resident Violators Compact, and validate non-compliance.

Contract 3-6 months possible extension
Monday through Friday
8am-5pm (1hr lunch) or 8am-4:30pm (1/2 hr lunch)
