Job Description
Handle all inventory, contract negotiations/extensions/sales, logistics for leased equipment including but not limited to; office equipment, computer equipment, communications, public safety vehicles, medical and healthcare equipment, modular buildings, training and simulation equipment.
Job Duties
- Negotiate extension terms for leased inventory
- Maximize sales
- Organize and execute logistics for equipment liquidation/relocation
- Maintain a working list of all inventory
- Work directly with vendors to assist with end of lease procedures
- Review government contracts for compliance
- Document all transactions, correspondence accurately and completely
- Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and organization
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with asset management, government leasing contracts, or a bachelor's degree in related subject matter.
- Knowledge of contracts and ability to follow all rules and regulations regarding leased equipment.
- Comfortable in a role that requires a sales mentality and ability to see opportunities to maximize profits
- Demonstrated experience in managing inventory and logistics
- Experience working with vendors
- Strong organizational skills, high level communication, and attention to detail a must.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products including (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Placement Type: Contract to Direct
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $30
