Dispatcher/Scheduler and Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both current and prospective customers by professionally managing inbound and outbound calls. This role coordinates and schedules service, estimates, and maintenance appointments while ensuring clear and accurate communication regarding services, pricing, and availability.
- Answer calls and handle with excellent customer service to assess the needs of the customer.
- Collect payment from customers, when necessary.
- Schedule appointments in Business Management software; build and maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records
- Confirming appointment for the next day jobs/installation of equipment for residential and some commercial.
- Pull permits, check permits, verify information of homeownership, etc with PPRBD and CO Assessors.
- Dispatch and debrief technicians for each of their service or maintenance calls.
- Help track and manage various information, such as customer service plans, weather, etc
- Update jobs promptly to ensure scheduling platforms remain accurate and up to date.
Preferred experience:
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Adaptable to evolving processes and business priorities
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Housecall Pro a plus
Long-term/seasonal- through Oct or Nov 2026
Schedule: Part-time- 9am or 10am start time- 4:00pm (office closes at 4:00pm). Between 27.5 hours/week- 32.5 hours/week. 30 min lunch.
Pay= $18.00/hour-$20.00/hour (depending upon experience)
