Customer Service Specialist

Located in Security-Widefield area
Job duties:
- Physically processing payments
- Cash handling/cashiering
- Answering customer s questions
- Handling a multi-line phone system (4 lines), with assistance of several other Customer Service Reps
- Customer service
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Deescalating situations/dealing with irate customers at times
- Routing calls
- Billing
- Greeting customers
- Filing
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Computer savvy and ability to pick up on new systems easily
- 10- key proficient
- Ability to use typical office equipment such as copiers, printers, ect
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with billing software (preferred)
Drug screening required
Contract-to-Direct
Pay: $18.00/hour- $21.00/hour (depending upon experience)
Schedule: Full-time 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Mon-Fri
