Job Title: Collaborative Program Developer

Job Description

Facilitate outreach to consultants in the community with the intent to expand the consultant pool, thereby addressing sexual assault, domestic and dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking among tribal women.

  • Develop and implement onboarding practices to sustain program initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of bylaws and operational rules.

  • Strong organizational system for managing high volume work; including managing relationships with consultants, various decision makers, networks of existing resources and information that needs to be disseminated.
  • The ability to think dynamically to find the most sustainable and cost-effective ways to implement processes and systems.
  • Thrives in environments where collaborating is required for success.
  • Proficient working with computers and the ability to learn new technology to streamline communication and be efficient in executing program objectives.
  • Eagerness to develop relationships with others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, inside and outside the organizational structure.
  • Strong technical writing proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Criminal Justice or equivilent experience as a 4 year degree, Master's Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrated record of developing record management systems, networking with people, and program development.
  • Experience working with non-profits.
  • Understanding sexual assault, domestic and dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking, as it relates to systems, people, and resources.
  • Understanding of federal funding requirements.
  • Knowledge of Tribal rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Tribal customs and cultures.

Placement Type: Temporary/Contract 3-4 months, with the possibility to extend.

Schedule: 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Pay: $30-50 an hour (depending on experience)
