Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist
Job Summary: Communicates with customers; sets up appointments with customers for service/repair work, equipment replacement, remodeling projects and informs customers of other services we provide; manages communications with customers to process their orders and follow up on all paperwork; works on various administrative projects assigned by Service Manager
Job Duties:
Additional Duties: May be cross trained in other service administrative work such as scheduling and preparing paperwork for back flow customers, pulling permits with the County, or preparing maintenance agreements for customers
Contract to Direct
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday either 7am-4pm, 7:30am -4:30pm, 8am-5pm or 8:30am 5:30pm
4 hour overtime shifts on Saturdays, approximately once every 5 weeks.
