Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Job Duties
- Submit daily Invoices
- Helping & Solving customers & Vendors with invoice rejection problems.
- Review payment allocation
- Checking daily payments coming into Clearing Account
- Creating and/sending overage invoices
Some tasks which may come later with training:
- Collecting/Posting checks
- Changing invoice scheduling due to modification received
- Creating invoice schedules off funding packages
- Occasionally doing receivable audits if needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Products, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Etc
- 2-5 Experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable or a Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree with some experience.

- Background in Finance, Banking or Government
Placement Type: Contract to Direct
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (30 min lunch)
Pay: $28-$30 an hour (depending on experience)
