Dispatcher/Scheduler and Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
- Answer calls and handle with excellent customer service to assess the needs of the customer.
- Collect payment from customers, when necessary.
- Schedule appointments in SmartService software; build new customer files as needed with all accurate information.
- Confirming appointment for the next day jobs/installation of equipment for residential and some commercial.
- Pull permits, check permits, verify information of homeownership, etc with PPRBD and CO Assessors.
- Warranty registration of equipment.
- Dispatch and debrief technicians for each of their service or maintenance calls.
- Track and update various information, such as ongoing Maintenance clients, weather, etc
- Update jobs once closed out in the system.
- Maintain office filing.
Preferred experience:
- Upbeat, team player
- Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus.
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Housecall Pro a plus
Contract to Direct
Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:30am-4:00pm)
Pay= $16.00/hour-$20.00/hour (depending upon experience)
