Constituent Care Representative (Customer Service)
Company in the health and fitness industry seeking Constituent Care Representative.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Constituent Care Representative provides customer service for multiple departments at including general clerical duties, information requests, recertification assistance and other duties related to the certification exam and membership processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service through email and phone communication.
Assist exam candidates with understanding eligibility criteria and recertification requirements for all certifications.
General clerical duties including:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Update candidate records as needed such as address, email, and phone updates.
- Input group registrations.
- Compile, verify, and sort information to be entered into database.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues related to certification, recertification, and membership.
Process Pre-Requisite Documentation.
Assist with recertification processes as needed.
Create certificates of completion for quizzes and retired certificants.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Two years of experience in customer service preferred.
Experience in a certification or membership organization a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office applications.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment on standard office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for long periods, and the ability to lift 20lbs.
Travel: Unlikely.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Office-based position requiring you to be in the office 5 days a week

Pay rate: $18.00/hour- $20.00/hour (depending upon experience)
Hours: Full-time Mon-Thurs (8 am to 5 pm), Friday (8 am- 4 pm)
